This Privacy Policy applies to any and all services, applications and websites offered by Relationship Games. By using or accessing RelationshipGames, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • RelationshipGames is currently published in preview mode (beta). Please check this page for more detailed privacy policy in near future.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

  • We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

  • We may share your personal information to your partner in RelationshipGames in regards with the purposes of the gameplay.

  • We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

  • If the service or all of its assets would be acquired, customer information may be transferred to the acquiring party.

  • Your personal data may be transferred across international borders to server locations supporting the service.

  • We fulfill the requirements of the Personal Data Act §26 of the Finnish law (see below).

  • No security system is impenetrable and security risks exist in any system. However, we make consistent efforts to keep your information secure.

Customer register information according to the Personal Data Act (HetiL 523/99, §10) of the Finnish law:

  • The register is maintained by: Relationship Games Oy (Ltd) info@relationship-games.com

  • Register name: RelationshipGames customer register

  • Purpose of use: The register is used for providing the RelationshipGames service and for managing customer relations between Relationship Games Oy and its customers. Register information is not used for direct marketing without the customer's consent.

  • Register content:

  • The customer's personal data (name, gender, birthday)

  • Unique customer ID

  • The customer's contact information (email)

  • The customer's hometown

  • The customer's relationship information (partner’s name, marital status, relationship dates)

  • The customer's relationship game log information

  • The customer's social connections in the service

  • The customer's messaging history in the service

  • Newsletter sending permission (email direct marketing)

  • The customer's advertisement click-through history in the service

  • Internet-server technical logs (including customer's IP-address and browser information)

 

Information sources

  • Information provided by customer him/herself or generated by the RelationshipGames service.

 

Register protection principles

  • The data is stored in a database, which is located on servers run by East Interactive Oy. Servers are located in Finland.
